You may click on the accept button/link below and pay the full amount on the citation via credit card. No partial payments are accepted on line. Your mandatory court appearance is still required for certain charges (see blue copy of ticket).

All online payments should be made no less than twenty four hours before your scheduled court date and time. Payment of your ticket/warrant online before your assigned trial date in no way affects your right to have a fair trial by a judge or, if you make a written request before your scheduled trial, by jury.

There will be a $1.00 non-refundable portal fee added for each transaction and a 1.7% convenience fee added to the total fine paid. These fees are paid to The State of South Carolina (SCGOV) and will appear on your credit card/bank statement.

If you are making an Online payment for a bench warrant, you must also contact the trial court during normal business hours to advise the Court of the payment so that the proper detention center discharges and sheriff's office correspondence may be processed. Without Court contact, the defendant may not be released and/or the bench warrant may not be recalled.

Bonds for ASGDC may not be paid on line. Credit card payments for bonds will be accepted ONLY in person so that the payor can sign the bond.
