The Richland County Neighborhood Council exists for aiding and assisting residents of the County in all matters affecting their daily lives.

The Neighborhood Council is a conduit receiving and broadcasting information to residents. The Neighborhood Council assembles a diverse mixture of people and concerns. We support law enforcement and government agencies, educating communities about public safety and environmentally sound practices.

It is imperative residents take an active role in their communities if we are to be successful. The Richland County Neighborhood Council needs your support and input, helping us serve your community.

Board meetings: Board meetings are always on the first Monday of the month and are open to the public. Meetings are usually held at 1815 Gervais Street at 5:00 PM. Will supply actual data from month to month.

General meetings: Regular meeting schedule for RCNC will be as follows:
Meetings start at 6:30 PM and are held in the County Council Chamber unless otherwise announced.
