What is the Envirothon?
The South Carolina Envirothon is an annual hands-on environmental problem-solving competition for high school students. Participating teams compete for recognition and scholarships by demonstrating their knowledge of environmental science and natural resource management. The Envirothon competition tests the student’s knowledge on topics such as soils, aquatics, forestry, wildlife and current environmental issues.
