Evictions / Unwanted Items

Property owner or tenants should make sure when placing out unwanted items that they are separated for proper pickup. Furniture should be set in a separate pile for pickup, while clothing and other loose items should be bagged and placed with the roll cart. Do NOT place items curbside until the eviction is final. Items placed out prior to the date of the court ordered eviction are considered illegal piles and will result in fines.
