New Account Set-up / Moving  New Housing and Service: For new houses, a $48 fee will be incurred for setup. The annual fee for garbage collection is included in each property owner’s tax bill. Contact Richland County at 803-929-6000 to set up an account and a new Roll Cart and Recycling bin will be delivered to your address. Moving? Do NOT take the cart or bin with you. Secure the cart and bin at the current location. If there is not a cart or bin at the new address, contact Richland County at 803-929-6000 and new ones will be delivered. |
