The mission of the Utilities Department is to provide water and sanitary sewer in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible to the citizens of Richland County. We will strive to reduce environmental pollution by promoting the use of properly operated treatment facilities. We will obtain our mission through prompt and courteous responses to citizen concerns.

Main Office
This office offers sewer service and limited water service in the northwest portion of Ricland County as well as limited water and sewer in the Hopkins area.
